Plug-in and Semi plug-in

The CAREL line-up of Plug-in & Semi Plug-in units (air or water condensed) features the components for OEMs and complete plug-and-play condensing units.

The controller is designed to implement CAREL’s “continuous modulation” approach for driving the EEV stepper valve and the CAREL PSD inverter. The controller offers Bluetooth and Ethernet connectivity capabilities. It operates with Propane (R-290) and subcritical or transcritical CO₂ (R-744).

This is the complete condensing unit made by CAREL. It works with chilled water (up to 18°C) with a subcritical CO₂ cycle. It is the plug-and-play answer for fast commissioning.

The one-body inverter/control board, designed by CAREL to operate a 150g R-290 unit implementing the “continuous modulation” approach. With BLDC inverter, EEV stepper valve, CAREL HPR compressors and DC condenser fan to maximize efficiency and temperature control.
