Join The Future
The JTF Graduate Program is a six-month training program that covers the different areas of the company and involves immediate direct employment.
You will have a dedicated tutor who will lead you through the three initial assignments that involve: a project within a business process at Headquarters, a Lean project and a subsequent project abroad at one of the Group’s subsidiaries
During this course, you will acquire technical, managerial and Lean thinking and you will have the tools to grow your career and begin a structured and stimulating professional path.
The final insertion is planned in the areas of Marketing, Knowledge Center, Lean, in a dynamic and innovative context that will involve you in the management of CAREL products and solutions.
We are looking for engineers who can help promote energy saving solutions.
