CAREL U.S.A.

The CAREL Group founded CAREL USA in January 1990 in Lancaster, PA, with the aim of establishing a presence in North America to supply humidification systems and air conditioning controls. In 2004, in need of space to accommodate its continuing growth, CAREL USA purchased 11 acres of land in Manheim, PA (20 minutes north of Lancaster, PA) and built a new 40,000 square foot facility. Shortly thereafter, the company entered the refrigeration controls market.

In 2019, as part of a global geographic footprint strategy and efforts to expand production capacity in the United States, CAREL USA more than doubled its production area with a 40,000 sq. ft building expansion. As a result, the company continues to support a broader range of HVAC and Refrigeration customers and an ever-growing widespread sales network located throughout North America, Mexico and Canada, working together with our customers to contribute to their success.

Today, CAREL USA has grown to over 120 employees, providing a solid foundation to continue leading the market with innovative products built on sound quality standards, innovation, energy efficiency and customer care.
