Indeed, the transcritical carbon dioxide cycle is very well suited to domestic hot water production. Compared to electric heaters, this system can save up to 75% energy.
Its high efficiency is essentially due to the excellent adaptability of the cycle to the specific application, the efficient compression process and the good heat exchange characteristics.
